RevOps Analyst
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to help us turn a lot of manual, spreadsheet-driven processes into clean, automated workflows. Your job is to be the person who actually builds the plumbing: HubSpot workflows, approval flows, data hygiene routines, reporting automations, and the process documentation that keeps it all running.A meaningful part of the role is also owning our accounts payable operations end to end, because AP is one of the messiest processes we have and it's a perfect candidate for the kind of systemization we want you to bring to everything else.This is a hands-on, build-oriented role. If you like taking something broken and turning it into something that runs itself, you'll like it here.What you'll ownHubSpot (Zoho interim) workflow build-out: deal stages, approval flows, quote-to-invoice handoffs, sales-to-CS transitions, and the automations that connect themAccounts payable operations: vendor onboarding, bill entry, approval routing, payment runs, and reconciliationProcess documentation: writing down how things work so they don't live in one person's headAutomation projects across finance, sales, and CS — anywhere a repeatable task can be turned into a workflowData hygiene inside HubSpot and our finance systems: dedupes, field standardization, audit checksReporting support: building and maintaining dashboards, pulling ad-hoc analyses when RevOps or Finance needs themWhat we're looking for1 to 3 years in a RevOps, sales ops, business ops, or finance ops role at a SaaS company (or comparable analyst experience)Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM. Comfort building workflows, properties, and reports is a big plusGenuine interest in process design and automation. You get satisfaction from eliminating manual workStrong spreadsheet skills. Comfort with SQL, Zapier, or scripting is a plus but not requiredDetail-oriented and organized. You catch the things other people missClear communicator, especially in writing.
